A young family-run farm focused on the production and marketing of extra virgin organic olive oil with low environmental impact and excellent quality, in full respect of the territory and the natural cycle of olive blossom.
We carefully and scrupulously follow the legislation governing the production of organic farming to obtain an extra virgin organic olive oil and dop Val di Mazara with an acidity of less than 0.2% and rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. We harvest the olives when they are still green, in the months of October and November, in order to obtain an oil with low acidity.
L’olio extravergine d’oliva si produce una volta all’anno, in ottobre, e si conserva perfettamente per essere utilizzato durante tutto l’anno. Approvvigionarsi una volta per tutto l’anno è quindi un’ottima idea. Dove possibile, è prevista anche la consegna a domicilio.
